ADT Select View Video Escort
Video Escorts are initiated upon request by an employee at your site. The employee contacts ADT using their cell phone, which helps ensure that the employee can remain safely in their vehicle upon arrival at your facility, or from inside your building before they leave. Once an ADT operator receives the call and confirms that a video connection has been established, the ADT operator can "escort" your employee in or out of the facility. This is ideal for employees working in a high-crime neighborhood during shift changes, or to observe employees working with highly regulated material or pharmaceuticals.
ADT Unattended Delivery
For those hospitals using JIT or LUM distribution, this solution can facilitate late night/early morning deliveries. An ADT security professional watches as a driver enters the facility and can make two-way audio contact to provide instruction. A unique code is then assigned to the driver, who can disarm the intrusion alarm system just for the area they need access to. By creating separate zones or partitions, video cameras and digital recorders can record monitored delivery activities, allowing you to document anyone who enters or exits the facility.
ADT Select View Video Guard Tours
By using video surveillance cameras that are installed at strategic locations, ADT security professionals can visually sweep entire facilities at regularly scheduled intervals from their remote location. ADT operators observe and record all activities - day and night - so they're performing many of the same duties as actual guards. These carefully programmed tours are conducted and timed on your schedule, with scripted audio announcements based on need.
ADT Select View Video Verification
Video cameras enable security professionals at ADT Monitoring Centers to observe and record activities at any medical facility. Upon receipt of an intrusion alarm signal, ADT operators begin observing activities through a live video feed. They can also open a two-way audio communication (available where audio services are installed). As part of this service, ADT will assist law enforcement in response to a duress signal. When an employee pushes a pre-installed hold-up button, it sends a signal to ADT prompting an operator to immediately call the police.
